Assessments & Profiles

What is DISC?

DISC is the universal language of observable human behavior, or “how we act”. DISC does not measure education, experience, values or intelligence. It simply measures an individual’s behaviors, or how they communicate.

TTI’s DISC assessment provides great insight into a person’s behavioral style. Our reports help people understand how to effectively communicate and understand behavior in certain situations. Years of straightforward application and testing of every aspect has proven TTI Style Insights® to be the behavioral instrument you can trust.

Values / Motivators

What is it that motivates people to take action? What is the source of their desire to become involved in certain activities – or to avoid them? Why do people behave the way they do?

The answers lie deep within their unique set of personal interests, attitudes and values. These powerful motivating forces are the drivers of our behaviors, or the “why” of our behaviors, and will motivate us to take specific action. Identifying individuals’ values is important to understanding what makes them effective, satisfied and personally successful.

Team Wheel - Values / Motivators

Knowledge of an individual's attitudes helps to tell us WHY they do things. The TTI Success Insights® Team Motivators Report measures the relative prominence, within a team, of six basic interests or attitudes:

  • Theoretical
  • Utilitarian
  • Aesthetic
  • Social
  • Individualistic
  • Traditional

Attitudes help to initiate one's behavior and are sometimes called the hidden motivators because they are not always readily observed. It is the purpose of this report to help illuminate and amplify some of those motivating factors and to build on the strengths that each person brings to a team. Team Building

An in-depth understanding of the personal soft skills an employee brings to the job is an important aspect in any selection, development and coaching initiative. With assessments that mathematically measure the personal skills an individual has and is capable of accomplishing, you can dig deeper than the typical resume and interview process and truly discover the potential for superior performance.

Team Wheels – DISC Behavioral Report

The Success Insights® Wheel provides a visual format for plotting the data obtained from the Style Insights® questionnaire. The Wheel demonstrates the similarities and differences in behavior amongst team members. The Wheel quickly gives a visual representation that allows you to explore behavioral styles based on eight specific identifiers:

  • Conductor
  • Persuader
  • Promoter
  • Relater
  • Supporter
  • Coordinator
  • Analyzer
  • Implementor

The [report] will detail the strengths, weaknesses, problem solving abilities, communication preferences and potential areas to avoid within each of the eight identifiers. As a team it is important to recognize, understand and appreciate the different behavioral styles represented. This will allow for increased productivity and overall team cohesiveness.
